Hi guys,
I'm running ts, ms1 with v2.2 board, have a wideband o2 sensor on a Turbo 1776 mexi setup.
It idles fine when hot but when cold I have to keep my foot on the gas otherwise it will stall.
I've tried using the warm up enrichment auto tuning tool in ts loads of times but it doesn't seem to help.
Any guidance would be great.

Use the ASE to adjust the stalling.

afterstart enrichment.
What are you running for a idle air valve?
What are you running for a idle air valve?
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

It's one of marios kits and I don't think it has one.Piledriver wrote:afterstart enrichment.

Re: Doesn't idle when cold
Engine needs more air and fuel to start/idle cold.
If MS1E has a cold timing feature, add some.
Find and install a CIS idle valve?
Connect 12v from coil power, warms up and closes over about 2 minutes.
(obviously needs air hoses etc, grab the connector/pigtail too)

Re: Doesn't idle when cold
After start could be as high as 230% ! I just found this out, mine won't idle at 130%. I went to AMP clinic and got some tips. Sneak up on it tho

Re: Doesn't idle when cold
Here is mine for a 1679 cc engine. It will idle after 15 seconds on the throttle or if it is 50 degrees and higher will idle just by starting with the key.
I do have the warm idle set at 1000 rpm.
It will idle cold at about 600 rpm. It takes about a minute for it to warm up to normal idle.
It certainly is not perfect but it works pretty good.
