Good Day,
I have a 1970 VW Beetle turbo controlled by a MS-II with crank trigger. I have been running it turbo'ed since May with no problems. In August I took down the motor to "refresh" it since it had a compression leak in piston #1.
Toady I finished installing everything and I added an intercooler on top of the alternator. That's the only mod to the engine besides the repair to it. The engine is not the same ECU wise. It would'nt idle, stalled, etc. I played around with it and got it to idle. I went for a ride in it to put gas in it and it left me stranded (for the first time since 2012 with MS). At first I thought it was the pump because I did'nt hear it but when I got home I realized it was the ECU. I checked for power and everything checked out.
I got it to idle decently but when I accel the tach goes to 0 and turns off. It also made a POPPPP.
I did the tests on spark, AIC, Boost controller, etc.
I was thinking on flashing the firmware. Now that I remember when I connected MS to the laptop it asked me for ecu firmware update which I found strange since it hade the latest and was running great. I accepted it and dif reports showed up. The dashboard came up like default then hell broke loose.
The log is here:

I had posted it here earlier but I guess I didn't hit submit.
Any ideas, Thanks.
