When is a kadron not a kadron, or will the real DFV please stand up?
I'm over at a friends house and he shows me some kadron treuhaft manifold he scored at a yard sale, but has no idea what the hell is attached to them; They look like the very early Kadron carburetors with the more complex air horn and fit on large Solex patterned manifolds, but are not. The float, accelerator pump, old style remote main jet holder, cast iron base plate, annual booster, non shark fin venturi, fuel inlet all scream weber brazil era when they were making single solex replacements.
These seem to lack the weber logo anywhere but share similar traits to the DFV228 small solex patterned (dual singles) carburetors once sold as baby webers, and stock replacement single 30mm solex I have seen before.
The cast iron base and aluminum top is some I have seen in Brazilian made W marked before, these lack that "W", so is this what DFV means?
So WTF are these?

Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.
