The case is a wbx case, with a special adaptor bearing from Rocky Jennings Ent. I did some of the work, and Rocky did some for me too. The easy part is removing the water jackets with a sawzall, being carefull not to nick anything. Then you bolt it to a mill and start fine tuning the water jackets. I did a lot of hand profiling on the case to clean up the waterpump housing area.

It is a 1.9 case, so it actually only uses a t4 bearing journal in the #1 spot, the rest are t1. I am going to use a new CB 86mm crank with a wedged flywheel. I had Rocky Jennings do the broze lifter bushings and the inserts, and he supplied the Racewear studs to his specs. Rocky's bearing makes it a drop in, should be pretty basic, except for the displacement :D

Here is my 2.1l case.
It's made for 4" cylinders and t1 90mm crank.
I have Autocraft 910 heads for it and a BIG turbo
It's for my street Ghia

JPM sells a good 4-inch bore street head that can also be raced: http://www.csp-shop.com/cgi-bin/cshop2/ ... ort=0&all=

I have their 94 mm MS 230 heads (which are manufactured with ten cooling fins) and they run very cool, even with 10:1 to 10.7:1 CR.
