After many hours and many dead ends and many off subject knowledge I have gained just trying to find flow data for these heads has finally made me ask the question. And I'm Ok if this subject doesn't stay on subject. The knowledge and experience of many folks on here is incredible. I will give u the known specs and hopefully the answer will arrive.
82mm x 94mm (2276)
9:1 C/R
CB 5.4 H-beam rods
Scat C-95 cam
1.4 ratio rockers
Superflo ( 1 or 2, I'm not sure) 42x37.5 (lightly massaged)
CB fuel injection system.
Built trans, not sure what the specs are.
Ok so I built... oops sorry... so I put together this motor for my friend (not my ideal combo) and I just don't like it. The only way I can describe it is, lazy... it just doesn't seem as snappy, or powerful compared to other 2276 motors I've built. Everything on this motor is huge for its application (trail riding) huge fuel injection (52mm I think) huge heads (ports I should say) decent size cam and 1 5/8 exhaust. The motor acts like the air/fuel is just falling into the cylinder. But the main thing is I want to get a custom grind cam to hopefully cure this, its the cheapest thing I can think of. So I need flow data if anyone has anything close that Crower can go off of. And if anyone see's anything really wrong with this setup please chime in, the more time I spend on this is less time for me to build my motor (6 years and counting....) thanks for any input.

Any more info on the injection system (what type CB system, injector sizes, ignition system)?
Personally I do not like the current cam you have, and the static CR could be alot higher. I would rather go Web 86C or with an even longer duration cam, high CR (10.5 to 11 to 1) with a tight deck (0.85 to 1mm).
And the most important is a decent tune!
All the parts you have are for high-end performance, so it would be best to build the engine accordingly.
Just my 2 cents....
