I second that, I also have 185cc injectors on my 1835cc 100-120hp no problems, max duty cycle in the 60% range

Cool thanks guys, I'm aiming for 150bhp so should be fine 
If in the future I go turbo I can just swap them for the upper injectors if needs be

No problem with them sealing, since I am using bolt plates I did not have to "stretch" them to fit.

well, got my manifolds, i'm thinking i'll trim down the manifolds till the the spacing is correct and try that option....
any reason not to? will they still fit the engine ok you think?

nice trim job. weld, or have someone weld, a short tube to the top of each one so you can use a short piece of silicone and band clamps.

Silicon bronze TIG or gas weld them on.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
