Nothing yet...I don't actually have a complete new setup yet. So I might have to use the old disks to move the body around. I can't order wheels until I get all the suspension installed and check body clearance.

I've started making body modifications. So far I've only finished fitting the Subi steering column and I've started the process of fitting the Subi gauge cluster and old style glove box (all metal dash, NO pad).

I'm really slow at this because I really don't know what I'm doing....but I'm learning!

Even though you don't know what you are doing please post pics of what you are doing so we can all learn together;)

I'm especially interested in how difficult it is in fitting a non stock steering column is and how you are mounting the suburb gauges.

Not much to report here, I didn't get much done this week. With Christmas coming, I haven't had the time to work on the car. I did get my seats though! Picked them up today...

Yes Sir! And they are in mint condition. I'm really liking them. They fit like a glove and look very nice. They are surprisingly lightweight too (they are all manual).

I had a line on a set of leather RX8 seats which look quite similar to yours. I cheaped out. Turns out it was a good price...

Oh crap, I'm getting called out...so I got slightly distracted by a few other things. I bought another project car that I wanted to get road-worthy before the bug.



Also got into re-doing the backyard....new patio, pergola, outdoor kitchen, planters, etc...



Still have a pergola to build. The outdoor kitchen can wait.

Should get re-focused here soon. I've been selling a bunch of my old Land Cruiser parts so I can spend some more coin and get the bug into paint. That would be huge.
