H beam chevy journals bearings

Hi friends I buy a crank with chevy journals last week I order the h beam rods form Racing man on ebay. I check the rods bearings that I have in my house I buy them for my chevy s-10 2.2 so its the same journal 2.0 but the bearings are not aligned on the center of the bearing I go to the store and check the clevite 77 for the small block chevy journal and the bearing fit is identical. Im looking for a bearing that fits centered and aligned to the rod please help :(

The preferred bearing for "Chevy" journaled VW cranks is the slightly narrower part used on Buicks, "Iron Duke" Pontiacs, etc.
If you use actual Chevrolet bearings they'll probably need to be cut narrower in order to clear the fillets on the crank.

Most folks run Clevite CB610P. There are application and interchange charts here:
