Like a complete bozo, I lost my 1974 VW Thing 181 Gas Cap. Does anyone please know what would be an alternative OEM and / or model number for the gas cap?

Is it the same as a 74 "screw in" style gas cap? or is it different somehow, being a "Thing" cap?

It's not a screw in and looks like the VW Gas Cap, Non-Locking, 60mm - I wonder if they are interchangeable?

This style is the hardest to find, but a reproduction without the VW emblem will function (for the 70mm that's 343 201 551, same as`61-`67 Bug, `68-`71 Bus).
For the 60mm you can use the `55-`67 Bus cap, 211 201 551.
