I second that, I also have 185cc injectors on my 1835cc 100-120hp no problems, max duty cycle in the 60% range

Cool thanks guys, I'm aiming for 150bhp so should be fine :)
If in the future I go turbo I can just swap them for the upper injectors if needs be :)

Mikuni KHS-004

No problem with them sealing, since I am using bolt plates I did not have to "stretch" them to fit.

nice trim job. weld, or have someone weld, a short tube to the top of each one so you can use a short piece of silicone and band clamps.

Silicon bronze TIG or gas weld them on.
(just make certain you like the aim)
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

was thinking that, could get two out of one as both ends are swedged, and get that brazed/tig's on then short silicone joiner and nice clamps would look ok!

you mean injector aim?
