FWIW, the intake manifolds I'm measuring have a 51mm. opening, but I'm planning on a 44.45mm. opening in the bottom of the adapter plate.

Probably after Christmas. Still have to design parts to plug the unused injector ports, and what looks lie holes for a choke? Also working ont the top plate as well as the throttle stop for the TPS side TB. Also looking at the fuel rails. Quite a bit of work to do still.Soul wrote:I suppose these will be ready after Christmas?
Not sure yet. It'll depend on on the quantity and how interchangeable the parts are between them and the other TB's I'm looking at.Soul wrote:What's the ball park $$$$ I'm looking at for the plates and the pulley?
I can make a different style pulley, and may, in fact, that has a stop pin pressed into it. I can also nodify the pulley I sent you to have another hole and stop pin. However, many cable set-ups have both cables going to a centered pulley, so you'd only need one hole.Soul wrote:I may have to send the pulley I purchased from you back so that you can drill another hole for both cables. I'm kicking myself for not having it done from the first time around.
I got a little tied up working this week, so I didn't get much time to work on them. The pulley I posted a picture of goes on theVee Dub Nut wrote:I was just wondering what the latest was on these.... I'm having trouble visualizing your pulley though
There's a pocket on the other side that captures the steel bracket also.Vee Dub Nut wrote:Ah.. I see. Very cool! Looks like its coming together well.
Oh. I wondered.Vee Dub Nut wrote:Oh, and the upper holes your talking about plugging are from the removal of the upper butterflies that were ECM controlled.
