I need a msq file please

Post by silkvw »

I'm trying to get my Ghia running. Vee Dub Nut has been helping me a lot, and said there may be someone that has a msq file for an engine similar to mine that I can use to get it going. I have MS1extra for my 1776cc engine, 110 cam, CB throttle bodies, 044 heads and 009 dist. (for now). I have EDIS and a turbo to add later, just want to get the MS sorted out to start with. This is a top speed car, I drove it at Bonneville last year, it won't see many miles on the street. You can see the car here if you're interested. Right now it does turn over and try to start, just won't keep running.

Thanks for your help! Greg

Ditch the distributor, put the EDIS on even if the turbo has to wait. You can thank me later.

I'll thank you now, Thanks! The EDIS is all there, just need to switch over some wiring.
Still needing a msq file.

I just remembered that I posted an old .msq up on Mario's gallery back during my first install. This should get you close, although the settings are specific to EDIS. I'm with mini though, get EDIS working as its much less problematic than triggering with a distributor.
