clutch pedal stop
I installed my pedal cluster this morning and my clutch pedal wants to lay flat on the floor, backward from the firewall. is there supposed to be a mechanical stop to keep it from doing this?

Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.

That may be what is missing. I'm reassembling the car after a fairly long restoration.
Yep! Went back and looked through the baskets and found the plate and bolt.
Installed and problem solved.
