Cool and daring engine!
As you may like comments since your not posting a question, mine would be: by-by transmission (ring/pinion) even though your turbo is too small ;-)

I am interesting in your rocker arm spray bars: what do they look like?
Also to the oiling mod of your 1.4 rockers: pic pls!

Tnx,
Walter

Yes I took out the last Super diff in about 6 passes and a total of 500 street miles. Installed a Quaife and regeared all 4 with Weddles. Pics of everything to follow. Stay tuned. Comments welcome

This mod will be coming toward the end of the long block build. It's in my head so no pics yet.

Might want to ask Jason about that (stripped), I believe he was the one who had horrible troubles with it.

So when all said and done, you'll have what, $25K rapped up in it?

Easily that much in the car but I will probably do an Excel Sheet when I am done. That still won't show the total for broken parts and multiple rebuilds.
I already have all the parts in the above list and all the transwork is in the car so at least the hard part of collecting the parts is done.

I don't know why he would have a problem with electromotive. My dad has one on his vert. I'm putting one in my car and I used one in my schools formula sae car. All came with excellent tech service. Wasn't cheap but they will take care of you. We were in a pinch trying to get the motor tuned in the sae car and one of the techs gave me his personal number to work with him on the weekend. Turned out to be our electrical guys problem

I've actualy built a 90x94 motor and didn't like it a bit. Sorry but I think it's way to much stroke for a street motor especially going turbo. Your car will be faster and be well mannered with a 78-82 stroke.
Good luck on the build though!

Might be a little too much clutch...is this a drag car or street car? I normally don't express any of my negative opinions but you are building an overly expensive engine unless you are trying to make a million horsepower. Judging from your decision to use a mag case, type 1 gearbox, turbo size and the fact that its a buggy would lead me to believe that 3-4 hundred horsepower would be enough. This can be achieved with a much cheaper and simpler setup.
