btw the alternator comes from a mazda 323 or mx3. usually find on ebay very cheap. 65 amps.

little preview

moved the top of the hat up so it is as tall as the 3" outlet. the blower needs some volume to blow into as the air comes out in puffs.

fuel rails / manifolds

Good luck with your build -- I've ran both SC's and turbo's and I'm now in the turbo camp -- -- BUT there is NOTHING like the sound of a Blown Engine

With the blower making gobs of low end, it unfortunately plays into the biggest weakness of our cars -- the clutch, the trans and the axles. With Turbo's and their smoother power ramps (unless your 2 staging them and dumping the clutch lol) are a lot easier on those 'weak' spots. Get you some great clutch management for the launchs and it will help a lot.

Don't spend so much time worring about the size of the openings from the blower -- was at Forces's place a while back and they are supplying those nitro monsters through a 3.5" square opening

thanks for feedbacks:

yeah, i know biggest problem should be the tranny but maybe not the clutch. remember its not a type1. i can run 228mm clutch discs and pressures plates from the beginning. and there is a lot of 228mm stuff @ kep - even dual clutch options. i would try the conventional things first.

and:---------as long as the wheels are spinning there will be no problem with the axles

engine should be ready to install next month.

I've broken more axles from wheel hop than launches
