nice build, but may i ask why do you have a water temp gauge on an air cooled buggy?
im in need of a new front clip for my 74 ghia, i dont care what year its from but i need one in order to fix my front end, can anyone help out?

It is actually being used for oil temp. Auto Meter does not make one that says oil.

Just need to put the glass, headers and skid plate/bumper on and I think it will be just about finished!

I love the style to it. That's some nice color choices, black and maroon. What are you pricing it for on E-bay? I can't find it on there. That is a sweet ride to have to give up, I am sorry for your loss.
I can fix anything with a roll of duck tape, a maglite, and a hammer.
