Seabee turbo buggy build

Offroad VW based vehicles have problems/insights all their own. Not to mention the knowledge gained in VW durability.

Well after getting the car running my ignition went south so I sent it out for repairs. Thinking of doing the subi conversion now. Not sure if I should wait for next winter. I need to get my trans 4th gear larger so I can go 100 mph again. Who knows. I'm really wanting to build a new car but there is nothing wrong with what I have now. I like to go to a 4 seat body like turbo manx. Now that I'm in NV there and many places to go play , I just need someone to go play in the dirt with me.

Where in NV are you? It's always a good time to go subaru.
Don’t ever yield your gift of dream; Your knack for gumption, too. For “It’s the crazy ones that have all the fun," if dreamers yearn to do.

2 hours. You? It might be a bit of a drive for you but you need to make the Mojave trail run.

I think about 6 hours or so. I can make it. just don't have the tall gearing for street driving. great for 55 mph or less. It can go faster but its loud and rpms are high. What speed do you run it at?

You come down and start with me at the Avi casino, we finish the run and come back on the interstate I will go as fast or as slow as you need me to. Come down, spend the night at the house, we leave the next morning and go from there. Your call.

You can also join us in Oct. for the GCA. Meet us in St. George. We'll be coming back near the St. George area on the way back out of the Grand Canyon.
