Buyer to Seller

Offroad VW based vehicles have problems/insights all their own. Not to mention the knowledge gained in VW durability.

Buyer to Seller

Post by fortyeye »

I know we don't really have a feedback forum here but based on a just completed transaction with SANDDUDE (Shawn) ... THUMBS UP 8) Item was just as represented, good communication, and fast shipping. Thanks Shawn.

Copper Baja gets a thumbs up!

Full disclosure: did a trade

This could turn into a brag thread where we each tell what STF'ers we have done business with. That would be interesting!

Thumbs up to BajaHerbie, cwrisley, cr250250r, and even motorbreath53. Oh, and STF for all the prizes... and rickosuave1987 for the prize exchange... and to those that have offered parts and services to keep my sorry ride rolling like Punchdrunk Monkey, Getrdone, Copperbaja, and Zancat. I don't forget favors, even if I take don't take you up on them. Special thanks for everyone that posts, replies, and PMs. Wouldn't be here without you.

I've only been screwed over by my "friends" outside for STF.

Funny you should ask ... Shawn stated, "No matter what" ... "don't tell Herbie" 8) ... it was an 002 bellhousing. More pieces to the puzzle prior to fitting an 091 into my SC. :!:

turbo blue has always had my back, and hes even a real vendor and stuff. I asked about a buyer/seller feedback forum in the 'suggestions forum', if you guys think thats a good idea as well, maybe you should pop in there and say something. If enough people are into it, maybe on the next round of updates it will appear.

here is the link

give a man a watch and he'll allways know what time it is. give him two and he can never be sure again.

Things are rarely just crazy enough to work, but they're frequently just crazy enough to fail hilariously.

I understand that....I have 3. Haven't done much work in the garage in quite some time....but without $ and parts...well...saving $ for parts....there's not much motivation to go into the garage.

Might make this a sub-thread to the Vendors thread if it gets used or looked at enough.

Don't see it as a problem here but would hope anybody who has a problem with a seller or buyer would at first try and work it out, contact a Mod if needed before blasting somebodies good name. Oh and all the killer deals needs to go through me first, yea just kidding guys! Keep doing what you do, it works!

My two favorites are Zancat and Turbo Blue. These guys have helped me out a bunch in the past and are both helping again for the new updates. Thank you guys for sharing what you know with us  .
Collecting parts again... No I'm not going to say why!

Thumbs up to Havasujoe for the Volvo Master Cylinder Reservoirs. Cheap and fast shipping.

Thumbs up to DWP, got some 944 stubs, axles, CV's in excellent condition for a great price. Nicely packed and shipped quickly as well.
