Throttle body is too close to the kg firewall

Post by kg2457 »

So I’m slowing working through firmest issues of my 1972 kg and see that
that there isn’t enough room for the air clean hose to clear
the firewall. How have others solved this ? Can I rotate the
throttle body and reconfigure the throttle cable?
Thanks

Sorry
It’s an EJ25 from a 2002 legacy outback.
I mounted it with a Kennedy engineering kit
Thanks

Type into Google "subaru reverse throttle body". This might work ? Are you running the stock MAF etc ?
