Why not just buy it from Joe himself? He put a lot of time and effort into his manual. I'm sure he could use the dough.

Yep I agree.John over at Aircooled.net bought all his stock. With the cost of the book and shipping it's almost $50...

Get Joe to give a copy to a mate, the mate can send it to you. I don't see the problem, apart from a bit of hassle getting printed

Last I talked to Joe, he was off work due to Covid, and had no plans to print any more books at this time. John at Aircooled.net bought every manual he had in stock.
