June 5th in Woodburn, gates open maybe at 8 or 9. And easy to find just take the first Woodburn exit and take a right and down the road a ways, if you are comming from Portland.

I have a buddy or two that I will try to get down there with.

Looking forward to seeing the Absolutely VW gang there.

Depends how I feel after a few days this weekend in the people's republic http://www.bugorama.com/ Gotta get some things done there.

Driving my truck isn't a big deal, I've had it 10 years & 150k+ miles, but damn that is a lot of driving for a basicly stock gear reduction vehicle. Too much seat time for one month and I want to do the Springfield show.

I went to last years Woodburn for the first time and think it is a great show but I was on the road at like 4am that morning and then drove back that evening (300 miles + a day walking in the sun + 300 miles).

Even if it is not cheaper you have far less distance to drive!

I wish it was the price of gas that made me stay home instead of going to SAC it was the work I`m about 9 weeks behind and can`t seem to get caught up. Woodburn will be a great time I need to blow off some steam, I mean I need to blow off a Honda.

I'd kill to go but I have to work this weekend. Gotta earn the $$$ so as to be able to keep buying the VW parts!! I'm also getting my $500 '70 Bug on the road, too, so I guess I'll get my VW action one way or the other.
