The pistons Im running are custom made Turbo and Nitros use, made by ROSS Pistons with a 40cc Dish In them.

The valves are custom made Nimonic 90 with single groove keepers and conventional height Type I valve springs with 8mm stems.
The valves are a special shape(for turbo use)
The size and shape were copyed from a 450bhp raceing 2L Toyota motor.
using Remmele outer spring with stock WBX inner and ally retainers.
shooting for 400 bhp!!
we will see what will happen.

Joe would you sell me some shufel pins for my 2.1 WBX motor? so i can install them in England.
Also what main studs would you recomend to beefup the case clamping? also some barrings, STD 3 peice 2.1 rear barring set?

Thanks mate...

A 40cc DISH?!?!?!?!

Can we see? I can't image that. NO wonder you chose 35cc chambers.

I Didn't chose 35cc in the chamber! That the most i could get in them!! Stock WBX has 15cc in them!!

With 40cc In the piston I Have 7.3-1 comp With a 45Thou deck.

The piston shape Will almost Mirror the combustion shape!

Ill get some pics as soon as i can..

No offense Joe, but what is the most horsepower that you have ever made from one of these engines? While it may be possible that the stock studs would work, I wasn't willing to risk it on an engine that puts out over 400hp!

No Offence taken There Jeff,

I've Never had a faliure W/ the stock studs.

I have always used Six Shuffle Pins in all the High Output motors, ect....

Makin lots of power, for long periods, not just enough time to do a burn-out, drag run, ect...

Never had a problem, - Joe

Hi steve

Hopefully I will be able to push 20PSI of boost! on 98ron Super unleaded.
the motor will also have a 50 shot of NOS, from vac to 5psi to get rid of any lag on the line, and will come in again in 4th gear.

I think my box is not going to like this combo!!!!!
