Swap over:
The transmission.
The shift linkage--
all of it, including the gear shift lever in the cockpit. (You can use your old gear shift knob if you like, but none of the rest.)
The motor mount bar.
The outer solid brackets for the late-style motor mount bar.
The inner rubber mounts, plus the brackets for those mounts.
Very doable, I've had all of those individual pieces out a number of times.
