Brake Adjustment
Any threads or links on brake shoe adjusting for a 1964 Type 1 ?

Tighten up the brakes on each wheel, using the star shaped adjuster, until it is locked in place. Then loosen the brakes up until when you spin the wheel you hear the shoe lightly dragging on the drum. The reason for this is that you are centering the shoes in the wheel. Trying to do it by stepping on the brake pedal does not accomplish this.

And note that '64 brakes are adjusted from a hole in the drum,
not on the backside.
You really need some kind of primitive manual with pics.
