My injector holding bracket seems to be too tall.
Guess i have to make one?

I'd just smash it all together and pressure test it. If it leaks you can build a shorter clamp.

It will leak, you can move the injector around with this clamp. You can feel the o rings are not set.

A couple of weeks ago we had problems with O-rings ourselves; they are very delicate especially if used or compressed wrong.

I'll go and have a quick squiz again, but I think it's fine and no, it hasn't leaked. The only bits that leaked were the screw in fittings that I didn't do up tight enough. That's why I say, put it together and pressure test it first without starting the motor. You'll know soon enough if there's and issue.

Have you got the clips on? The clips that hold the injector to the rail.

I took it off to see if they would drop deeper in the manifold
