Latest dyno 129.9hp@4599rpm and 229.2nm@3575rpm
Intake temperature was in the end 128 degree C.
Boost was 1.1 at 4000rpm and 0.9bar at 5700rpm

There is nothing wrong with those numbers for a almost stock 1600 engine.
16 lbs boost would be a little over double the hp if the engine was 100% efficient.
So say your engine was 65 hp stock and now 129 you are right in the ballpark for that boost range.
128 degrees C is 262.4 degrees F and that is not too bad depending on what your ambient inlet temp is.
You might be a little high but that could be because your turbo is out of it's efficiency range.
Since boost falls off after peak hp I would say you are a little on the small side for all out power.
It is probably great for a little street driver though.
Sometimes you can't have both.
Add some W/I and get those inlet temps down and you might gain a bit in hp.

You might want to move the IAT so the computer knows what temp the air is with the water cooling in it.
It does adjust fuel accordingly.
My Air temps go all the way down to 130 degrees F at 22 lbs boost when the ambient is under 100 degrees.
According the the RB Racing calculator my IAT's would be at 262 degrees without wI.
That is a BIG difference in air density that is bound to have an effect on your tune.

Looks pretty big to me too....
What size are your exhaust pipes??? they look bigger than 1 1/2 or 1 3/8ths.
