Is there urethane replacements for the engine mounts sides instead of rubber? Has anyone modified it to a solid mount? Because it seems that these mount parts are hard to find. I really don't mind the engine shaking the car with the solid mounts.

Good question. I just lost one. What are the options?
I've read about using Porsche mounts or industrial type mounts.
