944 rear discs how much offset

How much offset or extra track are you gaining when you install a 944 standard rear disc brake set up on your IRS beetles?

I have 17x7 ET42 wheels and was hoping to run 225/45/17 wheels, on the rear, but when I test fit 205/50/17s (my front tires) they just barely fit under the fenders. Fronts are perfect (205s) with 2" narrowed front and 10 mm spacers, but the backs are unfortunately sticking out a bit. My guess is a 4 cm wider fender would remedy this, but I was hoping it would fit under the stock fenders, and no I don't want to run narrowed rear trailing arms.

Most report 24-26mm per side- though I haven't got around to putting mine on yet, just viewing the stub axles makes it look so.
