CreativeCarCraft(CCC) when they were based out of Florida about 3 years ago. The owner at that time produced a couple for race cars and made one for me for a street car upon request. CCC has changed ownership and is now based out of Tenn.

Wife just purchased a set of the above Porsche Sport Design wheels off of ebay for my car. They will need to be refurbished....instead of silver I'm thinking of going either hyper silver like on the 2011 Nissian 350Z or a bright charcoal color.

18"x7.5" & 9" will be mounting a set of used run flat tires 215/40 and 255/35.

I was close to pulling the trigger on a set of 19's but I could not find an off the shelf Porsche wheel that was less then 8" wide for the front & I did not want to buy another front beam since the 2" narrow beam I have now has 0 miles on it.

I have that same style of wheel, I think they look great. :D

Need suggestions for some easy(minimum of bodywork) to install modern LED style taillights in my fiberglass fenders. Was going to use a set of 67 taillights but my wife in her wisdom pointed out that I need something more modern to match my Porsche 993 headlights.

I am considering using a pair of Victory motorcycle taillights like these:

Need some more suggestions please!

Thanks.

I think red LEDs accross the bottom of the rear fenders would looks sweet....

I did this on the front fenders to act as DRLs, works really well. I drilled each hole at the correct aim angle, there is a black ABS plastic mount that I heated and moulded to the back of the fender to act as the LED holder. Then I used fiberglass to create mounting brackets on the ends of the holder.

If you do it, I found 10mm LEDs work great, look for high ouput (lumens/canadella, whatever) and a large viewing angle(25 deg or better, a lot are narrow angle, 10-15 deg). Even better if they are pre-resistor-ed to 12V, otherwise they are usually 2-4V and will need resistors added.

Nice......can they be purchased with red and amber lenses?

Yes, any color of the rainbow. I think the ones I used were 250000 MCD brightness. Red will be very bright, as well as amber.

Here's an example, not what I would suggest, but similar, only has 20 Deg viewing angle. Just start searching, Ebay is good from China, takes awhile but cheap. I would think not much more than $20 for the number you would need with shipping.

How do you direct the beam?

There are Allen head screws in the side of the 993 headlight assembly that adjusts the aim of the headlight upward or downward.

Fortunately for me they are easier to get to versus the lights installed in a Porsche 993.
