Could we have a Convertibles Forum....Seeing how VW made like over 300,000 of them it would be nice to have a

Karmann beetles and Ghias forums...

There are so many people with questions about tops.... Its a real mother to search through the forums for info...

There are alot of other things different of a Vert as well too....

This would have more of chance if the requester was at least registered.

I suggested this a while ago... Not going to happen just because it fragments the groups but

BUT, I think a forum called "Strictly Tops" would do well

God know there are a million guys out there with convertible top questions, and Sliding rag top questions, and don't forget the bus guys with the rolling rags, and camper tops questions...

It's tooken me nearly six months to restore and get all the parts for my top and I'm still not done...
Would have nice to talk to other people about some issues and share my info

Don't mean to hound on this but its very frustrating when you post in say a type 1 or beetle forum depending on your problem your question gets washed away among the others..

When some one who actually knows your problem looks at the forum your question is gone..

Sorry had to vent the whole top thing has been a bit of a bear........

I think it would be great... rags, verts & custom.

When I had the rain fly made on our MiniT it was an act of god to get the template done...

One of the core stages of aircooled is a vert or rag... or something non traditional.

I'd bet the first step is someone to direct the content...
