OOPS! Now I see. You have just registered. Did you get the return email and click the activation link? You must provide a valid email address to register. You can delete it from your profile or change it after registration via the user control panel. Strictly up to you. We're not selling anything here.
The registration process is to help control spam on the board. Over 25,000 people have registered. I'm only aware of a few disappointments.
If you have not provided a good email with the first registration, email me, I will nuke the first attempt and you can just re-register. If the email you provided is good, you already have the email with the activation link in it. Just click the link.
