Have been building mine in stages - first got ignition working well and then moved to fuel.
Debated using twin throttle bodies - but glad I decided against as the type 3 plenum and runners is just so balanced and she purrs like a kitten.

Ignore the spaghetti wires and PVC plumbing - now that it runs will tidy them and build a nice intake

The best part is knowing the car is running around lambda 1 with perfect timing - treating the engine the best it can be.

Next on list is adding boost with TD04l from a suby

Congrats!! It's a good feeling when something that you built comes to life and runs good. How did you mount the 36-1 wheel?? That is what stops many type-3 owners from going MS.

It's fantastic.
I'm based in Melbourne, Australia and friends with Willo who also has a type 3 conversion. We don't know any other type 3 conversions over here which is kinda cool.
