I don't have the exact board dimensions, but the standard MS enclosure is 6.25" × 4.25" on the outside, so the board is slightly smaller than that.fusername wrote:now I don't know how big the MS boards are, but why not just pick up a quality water proof enclosure, some waterproof connectors, and mount whole thing in a dry/dryish/bestyacando location close to the engine?
A similar discussion took place a while back on the MSExtra forum: http://msextra.com/forums/viewtopic.php ... re#p242581
Here's the specific enclosure they were looking at: http://www.cinch.com/products/transport ... -enclosure
Probably not a direct fit for the standard board, but you could use the MicroSquirt Module on a custom motherboard.
They're not cheap, but not massively expensive. The 581 01 60 032 enclosure is $27.54, the single-header end panel is $18.59, the mating connector for it is $10.02, and the terminals are $0.12 to $0.13 depending on gauge.
