I can't price the new pulley as I haven't determined the exact design. I can tell you the price of the pulley I currently offer in a PM, but want to let you know that it's design may change so I can include a stop. I didn't realize there wasn't a stop until I had a set of ITB's in hand.

The stop will be fixed to the pulley? Any way to adjust it?

I think the best approach would be to use an adjustable screw stop in the throttle body and not have to rely on the balance/bypass screws for idle speed. Leave those just for barrel to barrel balance.

There will be a stop on the pulley and a bracket with an adjusting screw for setting the idle. I'm designing more than just plates....

I would PM you the cost...if I had any idea what it would be. I still have a quite a lot to design and build. Then I'll price it out. I just finished machining the first side of the lower adapter plates.

I haven't tested them with boost yet but the main shafts look to be sealed up nice and tight by design, I don't see why they can't take boost.

so here's what i was thinking....

chop the fuel rail in half, use the current feed as my feed guessing i'll just have to fuel clamp that on there, then put a fitting in either open end and run a pipe between the two.

it it will feed to the current spout, then from a fitting, to the other side and dead end there..... simples!!

You should put the regulator on the end of the other rail to bypass the excess fuel back to the tank instead of being a deadend.

When in photobucket you need to copy the last line of the choices. The one that has the "IMG" tags on each end. Paste that in your post and you are good to go.

i tried that and it told me about pics not being more then 800 pixels high or something.... will just take landscape maybe...

Well this is the really cunning part!
i'm going to mount the GSXR pump in my tank... which is internally regulated and cooled by the surrounding fuel and runs a dead end system....43psi i think?
