Old CB Ultra Comp Fuel Inj tuning advice

Hello, New guy here. I have the old CB fuel injection set up and while it runs pretty good, I would like to make sure everything is set properly. I'm wondering how to make adjustments using the multimeter ports on the control module, how exactly do you do it and what readings should I shoot for?
I've also got a HalmeterAF30 that isn't working right now, we'll see if it works after I replace the o2 sensor. I realize that tuning the A/F with the Halmeter is the final fine tuning step but What can I do with the multimeter to make sure I'm in the ball park first?

Here is what I did, does this sound right?
Turned the ignition on with multi meter hooked up to control module and adjusted Idle knob to 1.25v then depressed throttle all the way and adjusted WOT knob to 4.25
