edis coil placement

edis coil placement

On a T4 engine,i have fabricated a bracket to hold the EDIS coil in position over where the dist used to be, looks kind neat there ,can anybody see a problem with it in that position? i am thinking about heat radiating from the engine ??? comments

It's encased in high temp plastic, I'm sure it's fine.

I have been thinking of doing the same thing, I have seen it done before. And Everybody has the spot available when they ditch the dizzy :)

I put mine on the shroud where the old coil was.
