Has anybody tried this slick little knock/shift light? I was contemplating a standalone knock sensor, to use while tuning a new Magnaspark Digital distributor. In my search, I ran across this unit being used by the Subaru tuners.

It uses a standard Bosch Knock Sensor, which can easily be mounted on the top of the flywheel end of the case. The unit is programmed via a single push button, and is calibrated at half and full RPM range for noise. The sensitivity can be further adjusted, to eliminate fail positives.

If it has enough filtering, the unit would make for nice tool for dialing in custom ignition maps.
