Have pertronix installed, I see @#15 terminal of coil less than my battery voltage which varies as I turn the crankshaft with the ignition "on". Could this be the reason for above problem? Understand that # 15 should remain constant as crank is turned, would this assumption lead me to think my pertronix is not 100%?
