converting stock fuses to blade

I saw a picture off something that looked like a conversion for this. is there a way to convert my stcok fuse panel to utilize blade fuses???

This converstion should work in principal. The late mini fuse typ protection is the same thing. It appears the diagram shows that you possibly bridge the old fuse receptical and then maybe cut the wire a ways down the the line and tie in the new fuse block.

I have never done that particular converstion but have cut the original wires out of the old fuse blocks and simply tied them into a standard single inline fuse socket. I would just be very careful to verify that you use the correct value of replacement fuse and label them very carefully so you don't have any confusion down the line.

Can anyone tell me where I can get the Littelfuse 350418 fuse blocks? NAPA, Autozone, Advance Auto, O'Reilly's, and Pep Boys don't carry them and Googling the part number only turns up the technical specs on the Littelfuse company website. No one seems to sell them.

I pulled a 15 slot blade type fuse box out of a late 80's nissa truck and am lining up the wires for a transplant. i will take pictures to show you guys.

ok. I haven't gotten the guts up to do the swap yet. I've plotted and planned, but still have a question.
the fuse box I pulled has the same amount of inputs and outputs as my 70 bug. should this be an easy swap??
