RAT motor Q

I have a 76 westy with an auto trans. If I were to put a RAT motor in, would I need to replace it with a manual?

No, I have one version of Camper Special that I designed to work especially with the Auto trans!

Thanks for the speedy response. That's good to know. From what I have been told you bleed some of the heat through the tranny and threre may be a loss of power with an upgrade with an auto tranny?

Yes, the auto uses power to function and the engine oil temps generally hurt a bit as well, but all is able to be accomplished with the right "Combo".
