Best Heads for Powerstroke?

Looking at the LE heads, have any of them been tested with/developed for the powerstroke combo?
Still see the 7424 listed for the stoker bus, but what about say, the LE 190?
Do the CNC ports and plug re-lo mod help out the bus?

The LE heads have not yet been utilized for a powerstroke combo. The 7424 is hard to beat on a Powerstroke due to velocity, that combo is all about velocity!

The 190 is WAYYY too much head for a Powerstroke or any engine sub 2300cc going into a bus. The LE 160 would be the only LE series head I would couple to a Powerstroke.

Clatter the plug relocation will benefit any engine. But because Jake has thouroughly developed the power stroke with the 7424 heads with the stock plug location I wouldn't bother with any variation on that combo.
