I just scraped the inside of the nose and ran a magnet over the location of where the holes should be... seems they've been welded closed...
Know a good body shop in Southern Maryland or the D.C. Metro area? I'd try it myself but I don't think I could get the measurements right.
Some holes and brackets and I'm in business.
