I was installing a headliner in my bug and I spilled contact cement on the paint. Any suggestions for clean up? All I have done so far is whipped it off with water.

I wouldn't panic, if wait for it to dry you can roll it off with your fingers.
Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.

Let it dry.. buff the flattened paint back out.
