pics and build details can be had on my build thread in the force induction forum. "first bottom end/turbo build"
quick details.
fresh 1641 mild engine. cw crank, scat rods. cb 2241 cam. polished stock heads, high rev springs. lightened flywheel. full flow oil pump.
cheap header with home made turbo pipes.
has innovate motorsports wideband sensor and gauge. autometer oil pressure gauge, cheap boost gauge and tach.
front disk brakes.
front mounted optima battery.
new rear shocks
its a ratty road legal race car with a mostly stripped interior. but it is a hoot to drive and fast enough to pass anything you want or need.
front end needs some work (worn steering components/ super beetle shimmies) and the brake master leaks a bit but it passed safety inspection here in utah and i think its pretty safe to hit the road. tires are fair/poor. decent tread but old and starting to show some cracks but they never lose air. the hood is on pins and there are no hinges.
would make a great project racer or a fun restorable road car.
i can change it to natural aspiration and drop some price if that is desired.
its not pretty but the pan is very straight and has no rust to speak of. car is located in southern utah. any questions, please pm me.
Don't be afraid to low ball it. You never know...
