just curious why is no one interested in my super for sale

You are asking too much in 1500! '74 Super's are a dime a dozen! Try knocking off about 1K and you are right on track for a '74..especially one that needs work. I hope I didn't offend you, man!
My 2 cents worth

RobertOKelly is right...74's ARE a dime a dozen. I would knock off a good chunk off of 1500 dollar asking price...Like 1000-1200 dollars. Keep buggin' man!

Don't know where those two are from, but your price might be OK or maybe even low. Depends on condition. Aircooled VWs of any year aren't a "dime a dozen" on the east coast. Most of them died many years ago. And just in case someone asks, no it isn't cheap or easy to buy a California bug and get it out here.
NC is just too far away for me or I probably would be interested.

I have to agree w/ Tom, those guys must be on the West Coast, out here all the things you listed would make $1,500 a REALLY good price for all that I've seen here in TN or down in FLA. If you have a picture post again under your original ad to move it back to the top and give something visual to folks. If I was in the market for a new car I'd consider it. I'd like to see pics anyway if you have them, Good Luck!

I am from North Carolina and I agree with the first two guys. If any of you other two cared to look up in a North Carolina newspaper ever, you would see that these cars are very common!! Don't blast the other guys for telling the truth.

I dunno, 1500 seems about the normal going rate around here in indiana for a solid car( a rare enough occurence in itself!) Maybe post it on a few other boards as well, the more people see it the better. Good Luck

I wasn't blasting anyone, just relating the situation in New England. Up here the only beetles you see for less than $1000 require a dump truck to haul them home in. If the prices in NC are this cheap I'll be down in the spring.
