Berg flycutter
Hi, I've been lookin at this for some time. Has anyone used it? What are you're opinions of it? Can it be used for opening up the case too?..I think the SCAT flycutter does both flycut and case opening. Thanks!!

what it doesn't do is establish the distance from barrel to barrel.
It also registers off of the head, so how will you know if the seating surface is parralel and consistant?
I'm really suprised Gene Berg put his name on these.
Get a milling machine and more important, some quality time from a Tool & Die maker with VW knowledge.

Holy Sh!t. My car is a gernade! I see your point, and you are right, but so far , so good. As far as a tool for my low HP heaps, it has worked very well. 50K on my engine with no sealing problems.
