Hi guys,
I have built my engine and am in the process of refitting the tinware and fan shroud, however i have a question about how far the cooling flaps are supposed to move.
Below are some pictures of my shroud fitted to my engine. The flap that goes over the oil cooler doesn't fit the peice of tin properly (it looks too short) and so this doesn't close properly. This has a knock on effect of leaving the opposite flap too far closed to provide proper cooling.
Can someone have a look at these pics and let me know if there is a problem? I dont wanna bolt everything back together only to have my nice new (and expensive!) engine overheat and die!
