I would like to build a kit car or replicar but I'm having trouble finding one that aint put togeather any one with any ideas?

Welcome to the kit VW Kit Car Forum.
I don't exactly understand your question. There are plenty of vendors out there that would love to sell you any number of different kits in a wide variety of price ranges.
To be honest, buying someone elses project can be a big money saver if you can find what you want. Have you checked out the other Kit Car web sites to find what they have available?
Give us a little more information to work with and maybe someone will come up with just what you want.
