I'm 5'11" and 215, so I'd imagine that if you fit, I would fit. I would have to figure shipping to Pennsylvania, which would likely run about $2K, so it (the car) would be an already substantial investment even before I put my butt in a seat. This is purely speculative at the moment - I don't want to waste your time if you aren't anywhere close to where the seller is.
