These are bug spindles not Thing.

Shee--thats what I just said after I saw it was Kman in a 2 reply.
Someone might have not known Thing spindles were different not everyone knows everything. I did not know it for a long time--stupid I guess.

While we are on breaks, this guy will modify bug or Thing spindles for $299 to use real 944 front disk breaks and the 944 rear disk breaks will bolt right on for a huge break Thing

Another conversion bargain for the right person..

Check out this opportunity to get pairs of Ghia calipers, rotors, backing plates and brake lines for under $50.

Add to this a pair of my caliper mounts and wheel adapters and you have front disc brake converted on a Thing (wide five) for under $225 Without the wheel adapters (4x130 fronts) under $175 OR for $10 more get the Ghia spindles scrap the caliper adapters, slam your Thing and have front disc brakes. Hope this one is received in the spirit it is sent (unlike that last one)
